Payoneer Business Account approval process

Once we create your Payoneer Business account, you will receive a confirmation from us with username and password. Also there are many tricks and tips there you will need when you deal with Payoneer. 

Most of our customers doesn't read those emails and follow the tips we advise them. Then e-mail us when there is a problem and basically they lose time. As a reminder we would like to advise, after creating Payoneer Business account, there is nothing we can do to speed up their confirmation process. That process is up to them and you need to contact with them. If you don't chase them will take 10 days to get approval by them. 

Payoneer is a horrible company when that comes to customer support. Most of the time "outsourced" VA will have no idea what you are talking about so you need to keep chasing them for approval process. Live Chat and Phone call helps a lot.

There are couple of things more you need to follow to get approval faster.

GET READY FOR VERIFICATION

In 3-4 days after we create the account, they will ask you for another verification. (They will send you email) Just upload your passport for verification you will be fine. Also your company documents.

Some tricks about verification;

3.1- Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO)

Partners in the company in the UK. If you are the only one, ignore other UBOs and fill only UBO. Add your details, your address (in your country) and submit your ID (Passport is always better)

3.2- Company verification documents 

We already sent those documents to you when your company registration has been done. Submit the document called CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION.

3.3.- Company address verification

Any letter you have received to our address. When we receive letters from the Government about your company we email you. If you didn't receive any means they didn't send yet but they will soon. 

3.4.- Authorised representative verification letter

3.5- Position Title

You are the CEO  :)

3.6- Government issued photo id

Submit your passport again.
