Once Launchese setup your UK company you can apply to use Shopify Payments on your Shopify store. Here is the list of countries Shopify Payments works.
We can not setup Shopify Payments for you you need to do complete the process yourself in your Shopify Admin.

Shopify Payments don't pay to Payoneer and usually pays to Transferwise. Shopify support says works generally with Transferwise but we have received some emails from customers does not work sometimes.
