How Long Will This Take? ​

Our process takes 10-15 business days (*) from the date of your submission of your documents.

Setting up everything take some time and connected to the 3th party companies like Companies House, Stripe, Payoneer, Paypal, Transferwise and others. Usually takes 10 to 15 business days to finish our part, this time can be longer based on their approval of your application. And please bear in your mind that our offices and government office are closed at the weekends.

Here is the timeline of the process.

•  Pre-Application: 
  
  You fill the Launch Me Now form and apply for account. Pre-Application consideration process is based on how much details you provided to us about your project. We would like to accept everyone but it is not possible. We consider so many things, most importantly your business plan, model, your website and risk situation of you and your online history.
  
  We usually come back pretty quick but that takes minimum of 48 hours (during the working days) and goes up to the 7 business days depends to the information we got from you and how busy we are.
  
  
• Confirmation
  
  Once we accept your pre-application you will receive a confirmation email and details about payment.
  
  
• Payment
  
  Make the payment send us the proof. Our account team will confirm your payment.
  
  
• Application
  
  You are ready to go, fill the main application and upload your passport and ID.
  
  Then your application process starts 
  
  
• Day 1 - 2 KYC (Know your customer) Checks
  
  We are regulated by the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (“MLR 2017”) and we require to carry out a digital ID verification check of your identity and address. This process takes usually 2 business days. If there is any problem that will be longer than that.
  
  
• Day 3-5  Company Formation
  
  Company formation starts. We submit all your documents to Companies House. Depends how busy is our and their side this takes 1 to 3 business days. Remember they are closed on weekends. If there is any technical problem on Companies House side takes longer.
  
  
• Day 6-8  Payment Gateways - Stripe
  
  After your company formation you will receive an email about what do we need from you to move forward. Like which email for Stripe, Payoneer etc. Depends how quick you reply to that email once we receive all information we start with Stripe. Some customers reply same day some of them in one week. After you provide everything this process takes 1 to 3 business days.
  
  
• Day 9-10  Payment Gateways - Payoneer
  
  We create your Payoneer Business account based on the information you have provided to us. This process takes 1 to 3 business days. Keep in your mind, after we create the Payoneer Business account you will need to wait their approval which can take some time and we can not control that.
  
  
• Day 11-12  Payment Gateways - Paypal
  
  We create your Paypal Business account based on the information you have provided to us. This process takes 1 to 2 business days. Keep in your mind, after we create the Paypal Business account you will need to wait for Transferwise account to activate your Paypal.
  
  
• Day 13 - 15  Payment Gateways - Transferwise
  
  We create your Transferwise Business account based on the information you have provided to us. This process takes 1 to 3 business days. Keep in your mind, after we create the Transferwise account you will need to wait their approval which can take some time and we can not control that.
