All companies are legally required to have one. This is the address where all statutory mail from Companies House and HMRC will be sent, and any other legal notices that may be issued to a company. Additionally, the company’s statutory registers and records should also be stored here, unless a Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL) address is in use.
