You can have 2 Business PayPal Accounts, every account is subjected to a sending,
receiving and withdrawal limit so you will need to verify each account separately.
It is perfectly fine to start a new Business Account for the new company with its own email and bank account.
You can call Paypal support to get more information about that. Also check PayPal forum for the answers, there are so many same questions there.
