Not yet. Payments can only be made to UK accounts, but Tide is working hard to introduce IBANs and international payments in the near future. Until then, you can use third-party services to send and receive international payments from your Tide account.
You can transfer your money from TIDE to Payoneer or Transferwise and send internationally from there.
